Adina BernsteinCambridge University Summer 2009 - Track 2 (Stone) Adina Judy studied History and Theology at Cambridge University and is currently an intern at the Hadassah-Brandeis Institute, where she is filming and producing her own documentary short-film about Jewish mothers and daughters, and the ways in which they teach one another about tsniut (modesty). Adina Judy is interested in experiencing people and cultures and has worked, studied, and travelled in Europe, Israel, America, and India amongst other places. She will spend the forthcoming year studying Muslim-Jewish relations by distance-learning, and learning Torah and Jewish studies at Nishmat in Jerusalem. Adina Judy hopes to pursue a master’s in Jewish Women’s Studies and forge dual careers in Jewish community development/leadership and academia. When not studying, Adina Judy enjoys interfaith dialogue and arts and culture. |
