Colin Bottles is a 21 year old graduate of Carleton College who will begin serving as a member of the MATCH corps in Boston in August 2009. He graduated from Carleton cum laude, with distinction in Political Science, and was on the Dean's List his Junior year. During his undergraduate career, he captained the school's rugby team and volunteered in the Gambia, West Africa as a member of Operation Crossroads Africa. Most notably among his previous employments, Colin taught Iraqi History to rising 8th graders during the summer of 2008 as a faculty member of the Breakthrough Collaborative's Long Island campus. Colin received a National Merit Scholarship and graduated from Friends Central in Wynnewood, PA in 2005.
