Track 2: Seminar Leader Allan Arkush Jeremy Rozansky (University of Chicago) just finished his second year at the University of Chicago where he is majoring in Fundamentals: Issues and Texts. Fundamentals is an interdisciplinary program in which the student asks a fundamental question and is informed by closely reading great texts. Jeremy is asking, “What is the correct role for tradition?” and is using Jewish and secular sources to inform his answer. Jeremy is the co-editor-in-chief of Counterpoint, the University of Chicago’s conservative quarterly. He is also the Vice-President for Chicago Friends of Israel. Coming from Lake Oswego, Oregon, Jeremy was the Religious and Cultural Vice President for the Northwest region of the North American Federation of Temple Youth, the youth group for the Reform Movement.
