Track 2: Seminar Leader Allan Arkush

Michael Rubin (University of Pennsylvania) is from Larchmont, NY, and attends the University of Pennsylvania. He spent his year after high school studying at Yeshivat Ma’ale Gilboa overlooking the Jezreel Valley. At Penn, he has decided to major in Near Eastern Languages and Civilizations, specifically in relation to the Hebrew Bible. His main interest is in the realm of fundamentals, such as the building blocks of language, social psychology, and fundamental Biblical (/human) thought and philosophy. Presently, he is researching life in biblical Israel.
