Moshe WillingerBar Ilan University
Track 2: Seminar Leader Allan ArkushMoshe Willinger (Bar Ilan University) was born and raised in Tel Aviv, Israel. He graduated “Zeitlin” High School in Tel Aviv. Moshe attended the “Hesder” program which combines religious studies with military service in the IDF. He was a student in Yeshivat Har Etzion under the leadership of Rabbi Yehuda Amital and Rabbi Aharon Lichtenstein, and served as an analyst in the research department of the IDF Intelligence force. Currently, Moshe is completing his L.L.B in Bar Ilan’s faculty of law as a student in the Excellence Program for undergraduate and graduate studies. Moshe is the chief director of BIU law students’ website (“Law World”), which includes a variety of legal material for BIU and other law faculties’ students. Moshe is a member of BIU Environmental Clinic, which integrates environmental legal research with legal practice, and a member of the Bar Ilan University Law Studies editorial staff, for the last two years.
