Pratima Gopalakrishnan (University of Virginia) is a rising fourth-year at U.Va. She is majoring in religious studies and economics, and she also has a part-time job tutoring student-athletes. During her fourth year, Pratima will write a distinguished major thesis about the biblical metaphor of Israel as an unfaithful wife. After graduation, she would like to travel to South India. Eventually, though, she wants to attend graduate school in religious studies.
