Regev Ben DavidHebrew University Track 1: Seminar Leader Leora Batnitzky Regev Ben David (Hebrew University) is currently a second year undergraduate at the Hebrew University in Psychology and Amirim honors interdisciplinary program. He was born in Moshav Ramat Raziel, and as a child he lived with his family for 3 years in Brussels. After graduating high-school, Regev volunteered for a year of communal service at Bnei Hamoshavim Youth Movement, and afterwards served as an officer in the Intelligence corps of the Israeli Defense Force for six years. Regev participated and later guided the "Elul" program of the "Ein Prat" Academy for Leadership, where academic students study Judaism, philosophy, literature and Zionism. He is also a group facilitator in activities of "Gesher" Jewish Educational Projects, focusing on Jewish and Israeli identity and promoting dialogue between religious and secular groups. Regev was on the Humanities' Dean's List on his Junior year, and in addition won the Suss Scholarship for Academic Achievement. |
