Yonatan BrafmanColumbia University Summer 2009 - Track 3 (Advanced) Yonatan Brafman is a PhD student in Columbia University's Department of Religion. His subfields of study are Philosophy of Religion and Jewish Philosophy. In particular, his research interests focus on methods of textual interpretation, the relationship between rationality and religious belief, and Jewish and Islamic religious modernisms. He received his BA in Religion and Psychology from Columbia University, spending one year as a Visiting Student at Pembroke College at the University of Oxford were he studied Jewish Philosophy and Islamic History. |
